AIC Works™ is a 10-week workforce development and job training program designed to help adults with physical, intellectual, and neurodiverse conditions build confidence, develop practical job skills, and increase their Independence.
Through hands-on training at Glorious Treasures Thrift Store in Sun City, Arizona, participants gain real-world experience in retail operations, customer service, organization, teamwork, and workplace readiness. Our goal is to empower each participant with the skills, support, and experience needed to pursue meaningful employment and greater community involvement.

No. Previous work experience is not required to participate in AIC Works™. Our program is designed to meet participants where they are and provide hands-on training in a supportive learning environment. Whether someone is entering the workforce for the first time or looking to strengthen existing skills, AIC Works™ helps participants build confidence, develop workplace readiness skills, and gain practical experience that can support future employment opportunities.
Yes,
Participants who successfully complete the AIC Works™ program will be recognized during a graduation ceremony and will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate acknowledges their commitment, participation, and the skills they developed throughout the 10-week training program.
Details of your progress, and strengthens Graduates can include this achievement on resumes, job applications, and personal portfolios as they pursue future employment and community engagement opportunities.
