A: Glorious Treasures Thrift Store is located at 10220 W Bell Rd Ste 116, Sun City, AZ 85351. We are open: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
Saturday: 11 AM - 3 PM .

The AIC Works™ program strengthens the community by empowering adults with unique abilities through job training and real-world employment opportunities.By helping individuals build skills, confidence, and independence, the program contributes to a more inclusive and diverse workforce while challenging stigmas and creating greater awareness and understanding within the community.

A: There are several meaningful ways to support Advanced Independence Charity and the AIC Works™ program. You can shop at Glorious Treasures Thrift Store, donate gently used items, volunteer your time, or partner with us as a local business.
Your support helps provide job training, life skills development,
and real-world employment opportunities for adults with unique abilities in our community.

A: The AIC Works™ program empowers adults with unique abilities by providing job training and real-world employment opportunities. Through this program, Advanced Independence Charity helps build confidence, develop workplace skills, and promote greater Independence.
In addition, AIC Works™ supports a more inclusive community by expanding workforce diversity and helping break down stigmas surrounding individuals with unique abilities.

A: The AIC Works™ program is open to adults with physical, intellectual, and neurodiverse conditions who are committed to completing the full 10-week training program.Participants should be able to work for at least 2 hours at a time and have reliable transportation to and from the training location. This ensures each individual can fully engage in hands-on job training and real-world work experience.

Participants in the AIC Works™ program develop hands-on retail and workplace skills, including customer service, inventory management, merchandising, sales transactions, and teamwork.In addition to job training, the program focuses on essential life skills such as communication, responsibility, and confidence-building to support
long-term success and Independence.
