Our story
From a single room to a storefront.
Glorious Treasures began as a small training room inside AIC’s adult day program, a place for participants to practice retail work. One room became two, then three, until the whole office had become a store. We officially opened our doors on March 8, 2022.
Shoppers came for the finds and stayed for the welcome. Today the store is both a steady source of funding for AIC and a fully working classroom, where trainees greet customers, run the register, sort donations and style every display. At Glorious Treasures, the true treasure has always been the people.
“For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”
Matthew 6:21, the verse behind our name
