Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the Site, access it in unauthorized ways or submit content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful.
Our content
The text, photographs, graphics and marks on the Site, including AIC WORKS™ and Glorious Treasures, belong to AIC or are used with permission. Photographs of participants are shared with their consent; please don’t copy, alter or republish them. You’re welcome to link to our pages or share them on social media.
Online donations
Gifts made through the Site are processed by third-party platforms, currently Givebutter and PayPal, and are subject to their terms. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please consult your tax advisor. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us promptly and we’ll work with you and the payment provider to resolve it.
Item donations
Donated goods are accepted at our discretion and become the property of AIC once received. We can provide a receipt for your records but cannot appraise the value of donated items.
Program information
Descriptions of AIC WORKS™ and our other programs are provided for general information. Enrollment depends on eligibility and availability, and completing a program does not guarantee employment.
Links to other sites
The Site links to services we don’t operate, such as donation platforms, social media and maps. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Disclaimer
We work to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Hours, programs and policies may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
